Acceptable use policy

This Acceptable Use Policy "AUP" describes the acceptable use of and access to the Product offered by Riskly. By using the Product, Customer agrees to the terms of this AUP and will be held responsible for any violations hereof.
Customer is not allowed to use the product without acceptance of this AUP. If you engage in conduct while using the Product that is in violation of this AUP or otherwise illegal or improper, Riskly reserves the right to invoke the provisions of the Agreement in relation to your access to the Product.
The examples listed in this AUP are not exhaustive. Prohibited uses and activities include, without limitation, any use of the Product in a manner that, in Riskly’s reasonable judgment, involves, facilitates or attempts any of the following:
Violating any law of, or committing conduct that is tortuous of unlawful in, any applicable jurisdiction.
Displaying, performing, sending, receiving or storing any content that is obscene, pornographic, lewd, lascivious or excessively violent, regardless of whether the material or its dissemination is unlawful.
Accessing, sending, receiving, displaying, performing, disclosing, storing, or executing any content (i) in violation of any copyright, right of publicity, patent, trademark, service mark, trade name, trade secret or other intellectual property right, (ii) in violation of any applicable agreement, or (iii) without authorization.
Attempting to obtain unauthorized access to any system, network, service or account.
Attempts to make the Product unavailable by denial of service attacks.
Introducing or activating any viruses, worms, trojan horses or any harmful code.
Using our Product to send unsolicited messages or e-mail, whether commercial or not.
Providing answers that are not true, respondents shall answer questionnaires to their best ability and knowledge.
Requesting to answer in a questionnaire highly sensitive Personal Data of an individual, such as social security numbers, government issued identification number, health or medical information, financial account information, etc.
Share or sell scores of vendors within our databases with any affiliate or organization not bound to the Terms between Customer and Riskly.
Attempt to resell (parts) of our Product to an entity or individual, without Riskly’s prior written consent.
Riskly may make reasonable modifications to this AUP from time to time by posting a new version of this document on the Riskly website at the current URL. We encourage you to visit the Riskly Website regularly to ensure your activities conform to the latest version of this AUP.
